"If ifs and buts were candy and nuts, we would all have a wonderful day!"

The truth is, if we spent more time being thinking about were we are, where we want to go, and how to get there, the "what ifs" in life would be a better thing, not a bitter thing to think about.  It is every turn, every road NOT taken, and every choice that brought us to today.  No regrets, just get on about going forward and making sure where you finally end up is having left a good name for yourself.

Love you baby bro!

Greetings,  I read your 'things i would buy and things I would not."  That is pretty good information that you are sharing there bud.     I laughed at your rants and raves and completly get it. The dealer mark-ups are so on track.  It is amazing.  The last car I bought took seven hours for the fella to finally understand that I wanted what I wanted and nothing more and nothing less and at the price that I was willing to pay and not theres.  If it were on another lot,  that is where I would have gone.  That didn't make him happy. He said I was the hardest sale he had ever had. But I got what I wanted. I am after all ~ the customer. DUH!

You will have to share with me more about this Web page thing.  I want to start one for my ministry. Do they have the colors and everyting that you want to choose from or do you just know how to 'decorate' the page?

Enjoyed your site--fabulous RV!! A little less than 3 years away from our cross country odyssey. Up and down the East coast is basically our travel area for now. The Westies are beautiful.

Paul:  Got your message on the yahoo boondock solar group. Try my Website at RVeCafe.com/solar.html for suggests. ONE panel is better than nothing but that's about all. You need to get your batteries up to 14.4 - 15.0 volts bepending upon the batteries and the temperature so they can get fully charged. You'll not from my Website that we are also from Oregon, but went fulltime-traveling beginning last June.

RVeCafe.com ?? I have read that page 100 times. I have it saved to my fav's on my PC, and pass it along all the time to others that are interested in solar. I will be adding anoter panel or two, but wanted to see what one would do as far as trying to catch some rays in Oregon.

Thanks Ron for the comment! Survivor, or surviving is the key word when it comes to cancer.

Isn't that hard to believe Weston GMC is that crooked? Even customer relations at GMC is looking into it. Not sure what going to come out of that, but we will see. They (GMC) at first thought why am I making sucha big deal over $1,400. When I told them it was in fact, $14,000 they said "oh" and was even hard to believe for them.

I hope your RV Dreams come true! We are close to ours. It's a 5th wheel that works best for us. Once set up at a campsite, you have the truck to explore in. I didn't want the car/motor home thing, as I only wantone drive train to worry about.

First of all touche on being a survivor. I suppose most of at our age know someone who is also a survivor and perhaps someone who was not so fortunate. I'm thinking we are in a similar age group.

I read with ernest your thoughts concerning the greediness of Westin GMC, I had a similar experience with Murray Chevrolet, not a purchace issue but with their service dept. That dealership at this point has  very little remaining in their inventory. Something I learned some time ago is that as consumers we hold the power over all marketing outlets. We are able vote with our feet and just walk out of any place of business and spread the word. With the expansion of the internet, that word is able to spread far and wide and fast.

Thankyou for sharing your life and experience with all of us. I was led here through RV-Dreams. My wife and I are not RVers, but it is our dream for retirement in some 7 or 8 years.
